This one hour yoga sesson is intended to reduce stress, provide pain relief and enhance your overall well- being.
Aroma Yoga is blend of conscious movements, breathing exercises, meditations, and quality grade essential oils. Utilize a diffuser to create an ambiance throughout the class with the essential oils of peace/calm. Have the guest smell or apply the following essential oils: start the class with an essential oil to release/relax, then begin a meditation – start the yoga flow with an essential oil to energize/revitalize their bodies – end the class with an essential oil for love/gratitude, ending with a meditation
